A beautiful New Zealand Fantail tattoo by our resident tattoo artist Matt Curtis for lovely client Carolyn. She came to Tribal Body Art looking for something more than just a typical New Zealand cliché tattoo.
I’ve lived here for over 20 years and wanted to have some connection with home. I remember the Fantails hopping around the garden at home and didn’t want the usual NZ cliché tattoo so I asked Matt Curtis to design a piece for me with the Fantails on a Pohutukawa tree.

“I can make jewellery to your designs and upcycle your old jewellery. This customer had a ring which was covered with Diamonds but was a very dated design. I carefully prised the Diamonds out of their old settings and made this matching set of rings”

Palladium Wedding Rings by Jared Sanders
This is a set of Palladium wedding rings with the engagement ring. The middle ring was made for the engagement and set with one large diamond. The bride wanted the wedding ring to fit around both sides of the engagement ring! After much head scratching Jared decided the solution was to make two wedding rings to enclose the engagement ring. Both set with more diamonds they are the mirror of each other. The set can be worn together or in different combinations on different fingers.
